Earlier this month we hosted a customer event in Atlanta — our second in the ATL over the last three years. These events have become one of our favorite ways to connect with local customers, highlight our company’s services and strengths, and feature the latest and greatest in our fitness equipment portfolio.
For this event, we were fortunate enough to be able to use the Amer Sports offices and showroom in West Midtown as our venue. Amer is the parent company of internationally recognized brands, including Precor, Suunto, Arc’teryx, Salomon, Peak Performance, Atomic, and Wilson. Their showroom was the perfect starting point to build upon as we worked to create a signature ASF Experience. With a nod to current gym design trends, we brought in living plants and sheer floor-to-ceiling drapery to accentuate and elevate the décor. The showroom’s unstained plank walls and coated concrete floor complimented our vision perfectly.
Over the course of two days, we hosted 35+ individuals representing 19 different development companies, health clubs, recreation facilities, and schools. Attendees were given the opportunity to test-drive our selection of premium fitness equipment, interact with several members of our team, and discuss everything from fitness design trends to the strategies behind increasing exerciser engagement.
Fitness solutions featured at the event included a full range of Precor’s premium Experience Series™ cardio with mix-and-match consoles, Discovery and Vitality (dual-exercise) strength stations, and a Discovery half rack with adjustable bench. Complimenting these pieces were our latest range of interactive fitness products: the Aviron rower, Expresso GO bike, and Escape Fitness MARS screen. Our accessory lineup featured Escape Fitness kettlebells, GRIPRs, corebags, TIYRs, plyoboxes, and more.
To facilitate facility design and customization options, we published an “Atlanta Fitness Expo” walk-up screen on our networked cardio consoles and brought in a variety of color and material sample kits, including Precor Discovery strength upholstery, Ecore athletic flooring, and logo’d bumper plates. Our 2019 look books were also on hand to spark some fresh ideas in the minds of our guests.
It was a strong showing for Team Advantage, and we can’t wait to bring the same energy and experience to our events scheduled for this October!
