CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER in ITHACA, NY
The Customer Service Manager reports to the ASF Director of Sales & Field Operations and is responsible for all field service operations throughout the company. The Customer Service Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring efficiency, accuracy, integrity, financial performance, and a high level of customer satisfaction throughout all Customer Service Department operations. The Director of Sales & Field Operations will evaluate job performance based on the requirements outlined in this job description and assign additional duties if required.
COMMERCIAL SALES COORDINATOR in ITHACA, NY
The Commercial Sales Coordinator (CSC) serves as a key member of the Inside Sales & Marketing Team. The position is responsible for managing all aspects of the ordering process for a given sales territory. With a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, they will ensure that customer orders are managed with a combination of speed, quality and accuracy. Other key responsibilities include, relaying information to customers in a timely and professional manner, generating sales reports, routine data entry and interfacing with outside sales representatives. The CSC will coordinate with other internal departments such as purchasing, accounts receivable, install & service, as well as externally with vendors and customers. Key activities within this process include identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving order issues, meeting customer expectations, and supporting Outside Sales Representatives. Excellent customer service, clear communication skills, keen attention to detail, a team player mentality and the ability to multitask across multiple projects are key to the success of this position.
