Northwood Ravin Partners with Advantage to Design a State-of-the-Art Fitness Amenity for Carraway Village
Carraway Village is a new 55-acre mixed-use neighborhood on the northern border of Chapel Hill, NC. The $100 million project by developer Northwood Ravin incorporates 400 apartments and 8,844 square feet of retail space. At full buildout, Carraway Village will have between 600,000 and 837,000 square feet of apartments, retail, offices and hotel rooms.
Once completed, the community will also feature a Village Green, 24-hour clubhouse, saltwater pool, and sky lounge.
Throughout the community, lush fabrics, vibrant accents, sophisticated neutrals, and bright metallics combine to create an aesthetic that’s both inviting and luxurious. Our team’s design of the fitness center was inspired by the vast amount of natural light from floor to ceiling windows, and the herringbone wood flooring in a natural finish is a beautiful contrast to the matte blacks and grays of the cardio and strength products.
