This year we have seen many new projects come through our doors, and many of them have raised the bar of what’s possible. With more innovations and new products this year than ever before, this is our list of five knockout installs.
PRESIDENTIAL CITY APARTMENTS
Presidential City Apartments are modern and chic and have an artistic flair. With this in mind, this exceptional fitness facility provides the versatile exercise and wellness environment their residents expect.
The Leonard J. Kaplan Center for Wellness was the extraordinary opportunity of the year. Today, the 216,000 square-foot facility enables students and faculty to train with an extensive variety of equipment.
From group exercise rooms, to the 54-foot climbing wall, the 80 networked Precor 800 Series cardio units (made even better with new P82 consoles), Precor strength units, power racks, 6-stack multi-gym, the 18 Concept2 rowers, custom UMAX dumbbells, barbells, and plates, and–the Kaplan Center quite literally has it all.
The Leonard J. Kaplan Center even has a large area outfitted with over 350 functional accessories, training items, and storage solutions from Escape Fitness. The space is dedicated to the Large Queenax frame and functional training.

This club-style fitness facility in Charlotte’s 22-story high-rise apartment building is outfitted with networked Precor 880 Cardio systems, Vitality Strength machines, and nearby IFH Expresso bikes. Adjoining the facility is a yoga studio–complete with Keiser indoor cycles.
