Kutztown University in Pennsylvania recently unveiled their beautifully expansive and updated recreation center. The goal of the project was to refresh the rec center's equipment while also serving the changing needs of their student population. Working closely with Kutztown Campus Recreation, ASF reimagined the space to make it more inviting near the entrance, while keeping most of the same capabilities the outgoing equipment had. These changes were made in coordination with a flooring upgrade to make the most efficient use of the same square footage possible.
Marist College, a private university located in Poughkeepsie, NY recently opened their newest fitness center. This center is located in Building D—part of a four-building housing expansion on the north end of Marist’s campus. This fitness center came about to relieve the pressure on the campus’ only gym, the James A. McCann Recreation Center.
Glenville State College recently partnered with Advantage Sport & Fitness to deliver major upgrades to their 3,900 square foot fitness center. The school saw immediate benefits from their investment with a dramatic increase in membership.
Virginia Tech’s primary student recreation facility, McComas Hall, boasts a custom X3 500 Open Format Queenax unit. Primarily used for small group and personal training, the unit is open to the student body.
The Sollenberger Sports Center at Messiah College in Mechanicsburg, PA completed a major two-year renovation bringing impressive updates to the campus. The heart of these upgrades is a new 15,000 square foot fitness space, providing students and employees abundant fitness opportunities on state-of-the-art equipment.
