At Advantage, we believe that quality products coupled with superior service after the sale is the cornerstone of a long-term relationship. That's why we don't use independent or "outside" service techs (as many specialty fitness companies do).
Our 11 service technicians are full-time Advantage employees who are dedicated to on-site preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and equipment repair. Each technician is factory certified by the manufacturer to service your needs in an efficient, yet thorough manner.
We have five service centers, conveniently located across New York State and Pennsylvania which means that we are always close by, ready to respond to your service request more quickly. And, back in our home office in Ithaca, New York, Advantage has four inside service representatives who schedule service visits, order needed parts and meet your unique needs.
